I've brought 2 different cars to Meissner. Best decision ever. The first car had a problem that was difficult to diagnose. I took it twice to a different shop and they couldn't identify the problem. About an hour after I dropped it off at Meissner's, I got a call that they figured out the problem. The work was done a few months ago, and the car drives great now. No more problems. I asked about some other "maintenance" work that my other shop recommended. Meissner said they had looked at the item, and was honest and told me it wasn't needed now---that I could wait 6 months. The second car-same thing. They called soon after I dropped it off and told me exactly what the problem was, why it happened, and how to fix it. This car runs great now, also. I'm very relieved and grateful to have followed a friend's recommendation to go there. They are excellent mechanics, detectives, and problem-solvers. They have integrity and were committed to doing a good job.

the highlight is highly communicate with you it keeps you in touch what's going on to get to work done fast even if they find other problems they let you know right away and in my case I'm disabled they even help deliver my vehicle

Kurt is very diligent in finding all the service problems with my cars and fixing them thoroughly and quickly. I've been going to Kurt for about 11 years now and will continue to take all my cars to him for repairs and service.
