Palo Alto Auto Repair

I had my car's front end repaired with new brakes and a lot more, in Myrtle Point Oregon. The day before I drove down to Palo Alto. While on the freeway, the right front brake completely fell apart! Luckily, I found Meissner Automotive! They had me bring my vehicle down right away! They inspected everything and had me SAFELY back on the road by that afternoon!

My car tire blew out on 101 and was desperate to find temporary parking so I can attend my son's school presentation. Without hesitation, I was allowed to park, go to my son's school and come back after an hour to arrange a tow truck. There was no hesitation in helping a desperate person in need regardless. So even if I didn't get an actual service here, I don't doubt the high ratings given by actual customers because today I experienced a high level of compassion and humanity. So if they did this to a non-customer, how much more to an actual customer. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Very thorough and work completed as discussed and in good time

I was looking to .get away from taking our Subaru Outback to Carlsen for servicing. Read the reviews on NextDoor PA and took the vehicle to Meissner's for a power steering flush. So far so good and the price was about half of what Carlsen quoted me.

They know my car and whenever I pull up on their driveway I feel My car will be in good hand. Thank you Kirk and Donato for helping me.
