I love my car almost as much as my ex-wife. So, when I needed a few things replaced in the engine, I was really impressed with how friendly and quickly the employees at this place worked. Though a little pricey, the service I got was worth the investment. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends!

First let me say I am not one to leave yelp reviews but I feel like Kurt deserves it! I showed up on a Monday morning without an appointment and begged Kurt to take a look at my BMW 528i. I took it to the BMW dealer the week before and they charged me $1800 dollars and didn't fix my acceleration problem. Kurt determined that my problem was with an engine coil (a 170 dollar part). He explained that he was pretty sure it would fix the problem but he wasn't 100% ( I appreciate his honesty). Thank goodness he changed the part! It fixed my acceleration problem and for a whopping $373. Meissner will have my business in the future and I will highly recommend Kurt and his shop to all of my friends and family!

We have been taking our cars to Meissner for five years and they are easily the best car repair shop we have ever used. They have fixed problems that no one else could fix and always with a smile. The y are unfailingly polite, helpful, and honest.

I dropped my car off in the lot on the weekend after the water pump went out. My husband stopped in first thing in the morning on Monday to talk to the owner and tell him what was going on. We got a quote by midafternoon Monday and the car was ready to be picked up on Tuesday at 5:00pm in perfect condition. The cost was higher than I expected but they got factory parts (not aftermarket parts) and the explained that the job was labor intensive and they wanted to do a good job, which they did. I would go back again and again.

I have to say this is a great repair shop with decent prices. I have a bmw and brought it here although I'm very picky and usually only go to dealership but Kurt gave me a good price on spark plugs so I went back for my break job. It was in and out in a few hours it was great and location was convenient. He also had it out in time so I wouldn't hit 85 traffic:)) great customer service and they are also trained in BMW services and reset the warning signs that were coming up on navigation. If you want good service and know the job was done right go check them out.
