A minor yearly maintenance and check went well. They recommended some work that didn't need to be done right away because it wasn't a safety issue. One small issue was with their online appointment system. I received an email message that they got the appointment request and would get back to me to confirm. That didn't happen and I had to contact them and found out they didn't have me on their list. However, they fit me in at my requested time so all is well.

I was working a project in Palo Alto coming from the North Bay, and on my way to work early in the morning, my exhaust manifold pipe burst in two. I began searching for a local mechanic to repair my vehicle on short notice. I read the reviews for Meissner Automotive and was really impressed. There were many 5 Star reviews, and let me say, they were all well-deserved. These gentlemen got my van on the lift first thing, found the issue, and began trying to resolve it. This shop is top tier. Everyone is very professional and provided excellent service. I got my van back on the second business day and was very satisfied. I highly recommend this business.

Curt was very knowledgeable and friendly. Got a ride home that morning. I was called about the service that was needed and cost to repair, soon after I came home. Decided to decline certain optional repairs. Car was serviced the same day and I was pleased with the professionalism.
