Their customer service and responsiveness is excellent. I always get a friendly reception with jobs completed successfully mostly by the time predicted. Meissner employees are consistently happy to provide all the detailed explanation I want on the car and their work. My experiences there are consistently pleasant and satisfying. Prices are competitive.

Highly recommended and kudos to the owner Kurt Meissner for amazing customer service and skill. I've been bringing vehicles to Meissner for years to have many types of repairs done - some routine, some unusual and complex. Recently Kurt went really above and beyond for me, helping me work on an issue with a unique car on a rush schedule. Kurt was incredibly accommodating with my need for quick service, always treated me with good humor and kindness, and did great work as promised and for a very reasonable price. Sometimes it feels like the labor costs for auto repair just keep getting higher and higher, but at least at Meissner I've always experienced such good customer service that I feel like I am getting what I pay for & more.
