Meissner answered my questions and I learned that what had been recommended by the dealer for my car was not necessary. It may be at some point and I will return to Meissner when that day comes b/c I don't appreciate being gouged and I do appreciate being treated fairly.

Kurt and Scott had the ultimate patience and commitment to quality. During the torrential rains in early 2023, my 335i was swallowed by a lane-wide pothole. My suspension and steering had no chance. My once stellar insurance company, stalled, low balled, and flat out ignored requests from both Meissner and me. Shady suggestions like AutoZone parts are direct replacements for BMW M parts and such. It took 4 rounds of escalations and 10 months to get the car back whole. Meissner had my back the whole time. I doubt most shops would have had the patience to wait it out. I highly recommend them.
