Last minute accept to put on the runners and do them so quickly is to me a true leader in the business

The service was fine, as usual. The only slip was that I made three calls to ask about the car, and each time was promised a return call. But the only actual return call was on the morning when the car was ready.

Nice guys and my car seems to have shocks, so a success all around.

As always, the staff at Meissner is efficient, helpful and polite. I can't recommend them highly enough!

These are honest, reliable folks who do good work. They gave me an estimate on replacing my alternator and when it took them 2.5 hours to replace it instead of the 45 minutes their manual had said it would take, they stood by their estimate and only charged me for 45 minutes of labor!
