Palo Alto Auto Repair

I went in with a list of repairs I thought I needed. They didn't suggest any unnecessary repairs, AND they dissuaded me from getting some of my own listed repairs done. The total opposite of being pressured into spending more money on unnecessary repair. I feel great about going back to them in the future. If they suggest a repair to me, I'll feel confident it's legit.

I know the shop for a long time. The way I trust them is worth a lot of money and time. At one time they saved me from an unnecessary repair at a dealership shop.

Found Meissners Auto on the internet and called them about a pre-sale truck inspection. They gave me a reasonable quote so I scheduled the appointment. Dropped off the truck and they got er done in a timely manner. Discussed the inspection results with the boss and two mechanics. They gave me additional feedback. I later purchased the truck and leveraged their report to get the rear tires (all 4) replaced! Meissners you rock!
